2014 Toyota Other Wheel bearing lubrication

Is 50,000 miles the right mileage to clean and grease the wheel bearings?Kind regards and thanks a lot in advance.

You didn't list the model so there's no way to know what you have for wheel bearings. Most cars use sealed bearing assemblies that you can't grease, and they don't need any type of service or maintenance. Those on the front of my '88 Grand Caravan have 256,000 miles and that is common for many car brands.
