U had bought ma hyundai xcent before 3months. Last month i had ma first service. After the service ma mileage is 12 . before i used to get 15 in city . when i asked service peoples they r saying after 5000km only i will be getting correst mileage.
Is it any problem with it. Please give solution.

The service people are spouting nonsense. If you are getting 15 km/l, why should it come down to 12 and continue from there?

One thing you should bear in mind is that fuel mileage is rather subjective and can be due to various factors. Even simple conditions such as low tire pressure, overfilling of engine, traffic condition oil etc can result in differences.

I used to sit in car while parked with engine in start and uses AC , how will be diesel consumed at that time?

When engine is started, it would consume fuel. How much fuel is consumed would depend on how long the engine is running.

There are but this is available only from the manufacturer and different engine has different fuel consumption per minute at idle, which could also be different depending on the idling speed.
