2014 Honda Accord Front Bumper Replacement?

Today I stupidly hit a stop sign and messed up my front bumper. Car still works fine but I figure the whole bumper needs replacing. How much would this cost? Is this something I can DIY? Should I go through insurance?

there is more damage than just the bumper. you also have fender damage

the bumper, prep, paint and labor will be around 1000.

cannot see if any other damage from the picture.. you should report it to your insurance.
