a/c fan changing speed from high to low to at time it wont blow at all

there is a tsb on this for that problem but it says it 's for police vehicles. check with a dealer and see if it pertains to your vehicle. this still is under warranty anyhow so it may be the problem. give them this tsb number. TSB 14-0060
