My new 2014 Chevrolet Impala which has 3000 miles has a water leakage in spare tire compartment. The water is holding in the trunk and the and rear floor is soaking with water. No problems with car prior to this incident.

That will be handled under warranty by the dealer. They'll check the rubber seal and they'll look for any screw holes that aren't sealed properly.

my son had the same problem, the dealer put a new gasket on the trunk, still happened. found it came in around one of the taillights. To get out the moisture had made a small hole on the bottom of the trunk and put a grommet in it. On nice days he took out the grommet so the water would evaporate.
