Hi, Hope doing good. My car is Volkwagen Polo make 2013, recently water in the diesel tank (It was their repair mistake I had given for repair after my car was in water because of flood, They forget to clean the diesel tank and gave me the delivery). caused damage to Counter.Unit, High pressure pump and Inject Unit. First they asked me to replace the parts But when i gave them pressure regarding their mistake, they have repaired these part. I would like to know that is it reparable? and if repaired, will it last and work like new.

All parts of fuel system that had water in contact with for a period of time will have to be replaced unless no component shows signs of rust. If there is rust on fuel components replace everything as rust will ruin the injectors pump etc. After replacing all lines should be flushed out
