What are the compressions like? have you checked them? if the engine was overheated you may have lost ring tension and you may have a compression problem, check this next.

I have checked everything compression is working fine even their is spark comking from the plugs. Everytime i try to start the car it doesn't start it looks like the chain's not working. The mechanic said me maybe the car needs the piston to be replaced because after overheating maybe almost for after 6 months i am trying to start the engine. Can you please help me

Find a new mechanic, he sounds as if he dose not know what he is doing, if the pistons need replacing you would have a compression problem as the rings would be compromised, if the timing chain has failed nothing would work, I need more info on what is going on to be able to help .

I don't know he replaced the head gasket in the cylinders their was water he cleaned it and tried to start the engine but still it didnt start. He then said me pistons need to changed because after 6 months we are starting the engine. The mechanic said me maybe the pistons are jammed or maybe they would be burnt or something they need to repaired.

Are there any fault codes, if the compressions are ok, you do not have to worry about the pistons and rings, you need to start a new diagnostic on this and I don't think that the mechanic is very good, I want to know what the compressions are , if you have injection pulse and good fuel pressure, you say that you have good spark so that should be ok.
