1)How come the car beam light is automatically on when go on uneven road or bump, it happens most of the time when switch on the spotlight?
2)Do I need to overhaul my car engine that is running at 170000mileage now?

The light switch is bad causing the problem.

You don't overhaul engines until it fails.
