Does not start

Hi there,

This morning after a week stopped, I tried to start my car and it was impossible to get the car started, instead of that I got kind of grinding sound coming out from the engine.
For a better idea please see the video.
I am so disappointed because I fear the worst, never happened to me something like that.

This sounds like the starter motor has gone bad not retracting. I would remove the starter and see if the gear is pulled back into the starter motor away from the flywheel.
