It started coming from transmission housing immediately after replacing the fluid and filters in the transmission. Nissan recommended CVT fluid was used and filled to the recommended level. Now there is a noise coming from transmission which is constantly there as soon as the car is turned on whether it's idling in park or driving there is a rattling and squeaking noise! It seems to be shifting fine it's not jerking or anything like that. Please let me know if you have any idea what it could be? Thanks

It sounds like the main CVT belt is going out, which is common, but to be sure can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so I can hear the noise? That way I can tell for sure what's going on. You can upload it here with your response. If you accelerate hard and the transmission slips, you can tell it is the belt that is gone.

That's what I was suspecting, I know they are sensitive. The noise is loudest when the car is in the park or neutral when it's in the gear it's almost non-existent until you start driving. Here is the video.

Thanks for the video, yep you can hear the slop in the belt. It looks like you will need to remove the transmission and have it rebuilt. If you want to save money for R&R, here are the instructions for you to do so. Check out the images (below). Let us know if you need anything else.
