when tuning the wheel there is a clunking sound also seems to have started after tires were rotated

first make sure all the wheels are tight.
then have the suspension checked for any worn parts

If the noise started when the tires were rotated, check to make sure one of the front tires has a shifted belt or is damaged in some way. How many miles are on this vehicle? It should be under factory warranty.
