I had took my car in to have the foam in the back window replaced on a Thursday 8/28/14 & when I picked it up on the next Tuesday 9/2/14 after they checked to see if I was having problems with my transmission. I then happened to walk the front right of my car on Thursday 9/4/14 after I had my car for a few days & haven't gone anywhere. I noticed that there were spots of paint missing & scratches along the side to the wheel. I called the dealership on Monday & they told me the service manager would be returning on Friday. It is Thursday. I would like to know how to handle this with them, so they can fix the problem that there technician or driver to bring my car to me did. It looks like either they scraped the side of the car on the wall or was walking by with something & damaged it. I am just going to drive down on Friday 9/12/14 so they can see it. And I want to ask them to see the places where my car was in the 6 days it was there.

The best thing to do is see the service manager. Has him to help. If he refuses, then you need to go above his head and determine who his boss is.
