Injector one keeps blowing every five hundred miles

Hard driven 148,000 miles. Only cylinder one is the issue, Check engine light on code p0301. Soon as the injector is replaced, and code cleared it's going to be perfect for another five hundred miles or so. Buying third and last injector tomorrow morning. Apologize, the code I'm getting is p0201, the p0301 comes after I try to make it home on 7 cylinders.

The code # p0201 is for circuit open, this means there is a bad connection or a shorted injector coil but since it has a new injector that can't be it, when you remove the injector connector are the terminals in good shape can you shoot me over a picture so I can see?
