i have a deisel toyota twincab, I accidentally top up filled 2-3 liters of unleaded petrol onto of approximately 45-50 liters of diesel. As the unleaded is lighter than diesel and will sit at top of tank ,can i siphon it out from filler ?please advise.

it may be ok, but i worry about scoring of the ijectors and pump.

add diesel fuel conditioner and run till 3/4 tank and re fill with diesel.

the real way would be to drain the entire tank of fuel and refill with diesel. it will not separate, it will mix.

The amount is not much so there is nothing to worry but try to top up the tank to dilute as much as possible.
