My car is a manual transmission. Sometimes when shifting into reverse there is a mechanical clunk and the whole car shudders. This seems to most often happen when parked facing uphill and reverse is the first gear selected after starting the car. The clutch is fully depressed when this happens and the car shifts normally other than this issue. What could be causing this?
