My 1999 Toyota Camry headlight wont shut off when driving?

I have a 1999 Toyota Camry LE and the headlights won't shut off when driving is there any way I can replace the headlight interior daytime sensor?

The Daytime Running Lights are supposed to be turned on during the day.
