When I get down to a quarter tank or a little less, when I come to a stop my truck almost stalls, likes its starved for fuel, sometimes it will give it gas itself just before stalling point at about 400 rpm and jerks me forward if I'm not hard enough on the brakes.. It started happening a few days ago, but have never really let the fuel get too low until that initial time. Any ideas?

Either the fuel gauge isn't reading accurately, the sock at the bottom of the fuel pump pick-up is partially clogged, or the pump itself it already starting to go bad (which I doubt. Have you changed the fuel filter yet to see if it is dirty?
