2012 Nissan Titan Making Sharp Turns Parking Lot Backing Out Driveway Became

When making sharp turns in parking lot or backing out of driveway it became very sluggish ... It felt like I had a flat tire but that wasn;t it. What would cause that with such low miles?

do you hear any rubbing noises??? its possible your front tires are rubbing when making such a tight turn, and that would give a similiar feel to what your describing.... is this truck lifted?? bigger tires??? etc....
