And the reader doesn't recognize the transponder. Along with that it haves the anti-theft system going off on me. When I bought it just a few months ago.

There are a lot of things that are happening if the anti-theft system is involved.
You are going to have to have nissan tow it to a dealer to desengage it. If it will not dis-engage with the key fob, you are going to have to call Nissan Road Side Service. The anti-theft system is so complicated and requires special tools just to keep certain diodes from discharing, in other words it might have other disengagement sytems that will make the problem worse.
I spent some time looking overit and the service maual I have just does nto have the incredible detail that I would need to feel comfortable answering a question like that.
My best suggestion is to call nNissan and tell them to get their butts to your car, which I am in extreme envy of, and get the road side service you paid for in a reasonable amount of time. If they don't, you have friends on the internet that can excacerbate the issue for them.
I am sorry I cannot give you any better information. Its just that you have, "The Car" that exceeds evrything in technolgy we hunble techs get to touch and learning about them due to lack of information is a problem.
Please post back immediately ikf you still need help as I will do my best to try and find someone who can help. It might be tough, but I will try.
