electric power steering, speedometer, throttle uncontrolled/crazy

Why do the electric power steering, the speedometer, and the throttle get uncontrolled/crazy at the same time? The mechanic has change the VSS with the new one, but it still happens. The car is a new one. It is KIA Picanto 2012. Thank you so much.

The car is a new car. It's still 50 kilometers.

what does the dealer say? it has warranty if new.
