My car makes this rubbing/grinding noise from the rear of the car when I make a left or right turn, but it only does it after I've been driving a while (20-30 min) and the longer I drive it the louder and worse it gets (no problem when going straight). I've had the brakes checked recently and those are not the problem. Any idea?

Check the differential fluid and make sure it is clean and full. You may have to service it. Also, is the sound different when you turn left or right?

It's pretty much the same noise, I didn't notice much of a difference, if any, when I turn either way

I was thinking possible wheel bearing, but if there is no change when turning, that isn't the problem. I feel it's the limited slip differential. Check the fluid and let me know what you find.
