when i get up to 40mph it will bogg and pop real bad and barely move and stay like that until i get pass 60mph and do find bone stock no lights are coming on if help will make donation

Have you checked for vacuum leaks? Have you checked to see if the catalytic converter is plugging? Have you checked fuel pump pressure?

New feulpump no vacuum leaks dont know about converters its only got 65k on it converters should good right its a 2012 and i have put 4 feulpumps in it and i dont let my tank get pass half of gas never did.

At that mileage, there should be no problems. If there are no leaks, fuel pressure us good, the converter is good, I suspect there is an issue with the throttle position sensor.
