My inlaws have an 2012 Ford 5-150. They travel year round and haul approx 1000-1300 pounds of cargo in the bed of the truck. My question is: What is the most economical way to upgrade/beef up the rear suspension to prevent the "sagging of the rear that is currently taking place"?

you can either add on leaf to the spring on each side, add coil over shocks or put an air bag system on it to help Firestone makes a kit for this as well as other manufacturer's.
