The pads and rotors had been replaced 6 months ago on my 2012 Dodge grand Caravan and since then I can hear a squeaking noise when I first drive in the morning. And I can hear the squeaking noise on the front right wheel. After driving for 5 to 10 minutes, the noise is gone or no longer hear the said noise. I brought it back to the dealer because it is still under warranty.
So they replaced again with a brand new pads and rotors. After a few days, the squeaking noise is back and as I said earlier I can only hear the noise only in the morning or after a day my van is parked. I can barely hear the noise with or without applying the brakes. Can the ABS be causing this noise? Thank you so much and hoping for your immediate reply.

The ABS isn't the problem. Most likely, the pads they are using are a very hard pad and as a result, it is making noise. This is what I would suggest. There are products that are made to quiet brake squeal. It is placed on the brake pad and deadens the noise.

Let me know.
