2012 Dodge Caravan Dealer Just Change Front Rotor Brakes Pads Wife S Grand Told

The dealer just change the front rotor and front brakes pads of my wife's 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan and she was told that the pads has a "lifetime warranty". Does this means that the dealer will change the pads when it gets worn out as long as she owns the vehicle? Thanks a lot.
