I would like to know what the a/c vent temp. should be on a 90deg. 75% humidity day

when i checked at highway speed it was between 50 and 63 deg. on max air and on medium fan speed

50 would be acceptable but 63 is too warm. You should be checking it on high blower. You should see mid fifties if the car isn't moving and most will pull under 50 when cruising Make sure you give it time to stabilize and you have it set on recirculate.
