What is causing clicking noise in my CTS-V when I make turns slowly?

When backing out of driveway or parking spaces I consistently hear clicking noise from front wheels which sounds like bad wheel bearings in older cars. Car is not even driven everyday, only 5k on it.

The clicking sounds to be one of the front drive axles.
