Probably water in the electrics, first thing to try is leave the bonnet open in a sunny spot for a few hrs, see if this dries out, things, also while this is drying, pull the spark plugs and clean, if the ignition was water affected, the injectors would still be firing fuel so the plugs may be fuel fouled and this will also cause a no start problem.
