I just installed the cross bar on the top of my new 2012 TSX wagon.
There is a wind or whistle noise on the top whenever the speed is > 30 mph
Would you know how far I need to adjust the distance between the 2 cross bars in order to stop that noise?
I really appreciate your tips.

Your best bet would be to just play with it untill it stops whistling.

Do you think the shape of material could make the noise louder?

According the whistle physisc, it "works by causing the smooth flow of air to be split by a narrow blade, sometimes called a labium or windcutter, creating a turbulent vortex which causes the air to vibrate. By attaching a resonant chamber to the basic whistle, it may be tuned to a particular note and made louder. The length of the chamber typically defines the resonance frequency"

I am wondering the Acura cross bar shape could make it worst or not?
I would try to move around again, hopefully it will be stopped.
Thanks for your previous thought.
