scan for codes and check fuel pressure first. recheck for disconnected wires/connectors.

There are too many variables... list the things that have been checked
so that other things can be suggested.

- compression
- power to injectors
- injector pulse
- fuel at fuel rail
- fuel pressure
- intake flap open?
etc.
