So i bought a 2011 Tacoma and want to make it louder. Researched glasspacks as being pretty good and wanted to get someone's opinion on it. One mechanic told me if I had it welded onto my new truck, that my check engine light will continuously be on? is this right?

by changing the size of the exhaust, it will change back pressure to the motor which will effect engine performance, decrease engine life and cause check engine light issues.

i do not reccomend this installation.
