2011 Nissan Versa Possible bad front wheel bearing.

My car makes an occasional noise when driving. Mostly on the highway. I suspect it is a bad wheel bearing. It only makes the noise occasionally. What is the average cost of replacing the wheel bearing? And how soon should I get it repaired if the noise is only occasionally.
