2011 Nissan Navara Before Starting Required Ensure Word Good Appears On

Before starting I am required to ensure the word GOOD appears on dashboard. Today it did not appear so I switched it off and the dashboard lights remained on. When I tried it again it worked as required. Also the turbo count down readjusted itself automatically. It this an emerging problem.

When you turn ignition switch on and turn it off, the turbo timer would be counting down so the dash lights would remain on till the end of the countdown.
