2011 Mazda 3 Been Hearing Squealing Squeaking Noise Reach Around 40 Mph

I have been hearing a squealing/ squeaking noise when I reach around 40 mph. The dealership changed the belt tensioner but it didn't help.

Some diagnosis has to be done to locate the source of the noise. Vehicle should still be under warranty so the dealer should resolve it for you.
