If this is an updated unit, you will need to do the PCM update as well, it will probably not work until the update is completed, I would contact Lexus to confirm this ans see if it will require a re flash.

How would I flash it or do wat u said. N when replacing power management control does part # need to match perfect.

You will have to ask your dealer if this part No you have supersedes the original unit, they will know this it will be in the internal parts lists, as for a re flash, this will have to be done at a dealer as you will not have access to their portal from the factory tech department.
