knocking machine

i have a kia cerato 2011 car and recently i heard a knocking sound,after i fill my car with fuel,they told me that because of bad fuel.is that right?and how i can fix this problem.

Possible have you driven enough to refuel? used additive? drained tank?
Who said it was gas? under warranty?

yes,i've driven enough before refuel it.and i don't use additive,and my tank doesn't drain,i don't think it's gas.and i don't have warranty.

2011 with no warranty? how many miles? suggest have looked by a Technician

Hi their
well the problem was from bad fuel,which doesn't burn well,and the pistons doesn't work correctly,which effect on the pistons arm to work perpendicularly on the pistons,eventually makes this sound.
i solved this problem by refueling with a better fuel.
