Just started the problem when I start my car first thing in the morning it makes a noise then after that no problem when I turn off and turn on again . It's only very first time I start the engine

Not sure how the noise sounds like but most such noise are drive belt related. Vehicle should still be under warranty, get the dealer involved, Though you might not be able to reproduce the noise there but at least it will allow you to have the problem recorded for future reference if required.
