Depends on the type of plug. Most of the newer vehicals (like yours)use a platnum plug that is good for 100,000 miles. (Though I have replaced them at 75,000) old standard plugs went from 50 to 70,000 miles. Consult your owners manual in the maintenance interval section to give you a better grasp on it, but be aware that other factors can play their part (bad gas, dirty air, poor maintenance, heavy hauling, ect) in accelerated wear.
