You need the correct sized socket, a ratchet, and an extension. Remove the wiring harness connector from the coil caps and pull the coil caps straight up.

Depends on the type of plug. Most of the newer vehicals (like yours)use a platnum plug that is good for 100,000 miles. (Though I have replaced them at 75,000) old standard plugs went from 50 to 70,000 miles. Consult your owners manual in the maintenance interval section to give you a better grasp on it, but be aware that other factors can play their part (bad gas, dirty air, poor maintenance, heavy hauling, ect) in accelerated wear.
