I've had a couple of people look at my truck. When I turn the wheel, stop at red light, and take off, I can hear a clunking noise coming from the right front end. One guy said that it's my ball joints. The other guy said it can be my sway bar link needing some adjusting with the manufactured part and the lift.

Anti-sway bar links are not "adjusted". What do you mean by, "and the lift"?

Worn ball joints are pretty easy to find during an inspection if they are checked properly. The truck should be inspected by the people at a tire and alignment shop. They're experts at finding the causes of squeaks, rattles, and vibrations. They'll know where to start looking by hearing what the noise sounds like and what affects it.
