car turns over but will not start

i kept trying to start my new acadia with the remote start and when i got in the car it would not start at all. is there something wrong with it or could it be a security thing because i kept trying?

Hello,

When you turn the key to the on position without cranking the engine over can you hear the fuel pump run in the tank for 5 seconds? if not it sound like he fuel pump has gone out but to be sure this guide will run down the first things to check, I have also included a guide to help reset the security system.

I was a little sceptical about using this site but to turned out the fuel pump was bad. the local garage installed a one one for me cost $323.00 P and L.
