Bought a used Ford endeavour 4*4 automatic of 2011 and while driving, the engine hesitates and the response of the accelerator fluctuates randomly, resulting in jerky acceleration. What could be the problem and how to

Has the check engine light come on? How many miles are on the vehicle?

No check engine light. Done 49000 kms.

Without the check engine light, it becomes a guessing game. I think I would start by checking the fuel pump pressure to make sure it is within the manufacturer's specs. The vehicle has low mileage on it, so I wouldn't expect it to be anything major.

One other thought... The emissions warranty should be 5 years or 50K miles. That would cover most all sensors or any emission related components 100%. You may want to contact a dealer to discuss possible issues that may be related.
