2011 Ford Focus Noticed Blower Motor Wasn T Working One Night Next Day Worked

Noticed the blower motor wasn't working one night. Next day it worked fine and has worked ever since. However, yesterday it was raining and when I turned on the windshield wipers they did not work. I turned off the car and restarted it and now the windshield wipers work. What should I check?

check for a loose battery to body ground and battery to engine groundds
