2011 Ford Flex seat adjustment

I'm 6`5`` trying to get more leg room.want to remove seat stopper so seat will slide further back.what am I looking for to remove? can this be done without removing seat ?

it is a stamped piece if you rcut it off the seat will not hold to position.

IS there any other ,option for moving or replacing stopper?

unless you can find something on line or but two more tracks and lengthen yours so it will go back further but if you get into an accident forget about court with a car manufacturer.
