Front Head Rest removal

how do you remove the front head rests so a person can put on protective seat covers on a 2011 fiesta? It has some kind of stop when it goes so high, and I want to put on protective seat covers. Thanks

You need to extend the headrest fully, then give them a big tug and the end and they will come out.
