2011 Ford Fiesta cold air intake problems

I have just recently installed a cold air intake and after about 5 miles of driving the check engine light comes on. The engine code is a P0101 for MAF out of range. After about 10 miles of drive the traction control light comes on and then I start to get random cylinder misfires. When I install the OEM intake the the problems stop and in about 20 miles the check engine light is gone. I have checked for vacuum leaks and I cant find anything. I have sealed any possible leak areas and it still throws the check engine light.
