check fuses in pic and check solenoid in pic for vacuum leak. if still not working scan for codes

I received the pics and info on the fuses, but pics on the solenoid. Is it
attached to the fan shroud the right hand side?

the pic clearly states where the fuse box is and the ones with arrow along with vacuum solenoid which will probably be on the axle. Have a local pro check this out it's more than likely going to be needed to be scanned to find the problem anyhow.
