2011 Ford Everest key programming

I replaced the PCM for the car but could not programme the key to start the car.

only a pro with a scanner can do that program the security system

I used a Rutanda IDS and VCM but i didn't see the option to programme the keys.
can you help me with the procedure of the usage of the "pro with scanner" process you mentioned?

we don'thave that car in US so have no info on it. you need a pro style scanner anyhow if it was an auto parts store one it can't do it.
