2011 Ford Bantam quick sounds on shocks

It makes a quack sound on show and it always goes to right side! Does not want to go staright even after alignment! I took it to ford and replace shocks for but its still going on the right! What could be the fault

This type of problem will be an alignment issue or a badly worn steering or suspension component or a dragging brake causing the car to veer to one side, all these must be considered carefully.
