How does liquid keep reappearing in the passenger carpet well area?

I have a 2011 Ram truck there is water pooling in the passenger foot area the carpet is wet only in the well portion, I can not figure out where the liquid is coming from.

Could be condensation water from the A/C system. Check the drain hose, at bottom of evaporator/heater housing for clogging or dislodged from position.
