Hi, I started my van and notice there was no radio display. I check the fuses and they are good. The radio works and the memory works for the chanels but no display. Where should I look next, do I need a new radio? PS: the radio model is the one with Sat, aux, tel, button. Thanks

check with the dealer there are a couple of tsbs that deal with this I think one number is 08-024-14 dated 9 may 2014 they can look at your vin and see if it is. it may need a software upgrade
